1. ABOUT CLASSICWALLET 
ClassicWallet is a digital platform of Classic harvest Eket-MPCSL By using ClassicWallet, you agree to these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
°You must be 18+ years old to create an account and be  Akwa Ibom residents
° Provide accurate personal information during registration
° One person = One ClassicWallet account

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY 
° You are responsible for keeping your login details, PIN, and OTP safe
° Do not share your password or PIN with anyone
° Classic Digital Services will NEVER ask for your PIN or OTP
°Report any unauthorized access to us immediately: 09160665052

4. TRANSACTIONS

°All deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are subject to verification
° Transaction limits may apply based on your account tier
° We reserve the right to delay or block suspicious transactions for security
° Transaction fees will be clearly shown before you confirm any payment

° 5. PROHIBITED USE
You may NOT use ClassicWallet for:
° Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities 
°Gambling, betting, or crypto °transactions not approved by law
Receiving payments for prohibited goods/services

Violation will lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

6. FEES & CHARGES 

° Standard fees apply for transfers, withdrawals, and bill payments
° Fee schedule will be displayed in-app and on our website

7. PRIVACY
We collect data to provide and improve our service. Your data will not be sold.

8. DISPUTES & REFUNDS
 
° For wrong transfers, contact support within 24 hours
° Refunds are processed based on merchant/recipient policy
° Classic Digital Services acts as a platform, not liable for merchant disputes

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks. You can also request account closure anytime.

10. CHANGES TO POLICY
We may update this policy. Continued use of ClassicWallet means you accept the new terms.
